Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We are a Canadian company based in Ontario, and all orders ship from our Canadian location.

What are your shipping options?

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax & discounts) to addresses in Canada and the U.S. (some exceptions apply).
  • Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $9.95.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

  • Canadian orders: No additional duties or taxes.
  • U.S. orders: Duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.

Can I change, edit, or cancel my order?

We can make changes within the first 2-3 days or until the order is fulfilled. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make modifications, including:

  • Cancellations
  • Address or shipping method changes
  • Item changes (adding/removing items)

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are:

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • In original condition

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return or exchange an item?

  1. Email info@beyondbathingswimwear.com with your order details.
  2. We’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 business days.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • Returns for a refund: An $8 return processing fee applies.
  • Exchanges & store credit: No return processing fee.
  • U.S. returns: We do not provide pre-paid return labels, so return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if you’re exchanging, we will cover outbound shipping for your new item.

What if I used a discount code?

  • Items purchased with a discount code can be returned.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Discount codes cannot be reissued if a returned order had a promo applied.

 

Sizing & Fit

 

Our swimwear is true to size, so we recommend ordering your usual size. Our fabric is stretchy and flexible, so the measurements in our Fit Guide are just a suggestion. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Do your swim tops have built-in bras?

Yes! All our swim tops include built-in, wire-free bras with strong elastic support. The Daisy Top is also UV-certified for added sun protection.

 

Product & Fabric Details

Does your swimwear provide sun protection?

Yes! Our 82% Polyester and 18% Lycra Spandex fabric naturally blocks up to 98% of harmful UV rays.

The Daisy Top is officially UV-certified for verified sun protection.

Will the colour fade in chlorine?

No! Our fabric is chlorine-resistant and designed to maintain colour and shape after repeated swims.

How do I care for my swimwear?

To keep your swimsuit in top shape:

  • Hand wash cold with mild soap
  • Lay flat to dry in shade
  • Do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry

Can I wear your swimsuits for water activities?

Yes! Our swimwear is designed for movement, making it great for swimming, paddleboarding, and water aerobics.

Can I try on your swimwear in person?

Currently, we sell exclusively online, but we occasionally host Pop-Up shops in Ontario. Stay updated by subscribing to our email list or following us on social media!
